POLICIES & PROCEDURES
1. Premier Wholesalers liquidates goods for retailers and manufacturers all over the United States. Retailer's names may not be used in any written, verbal, or electronic advertising or representation of these goods.
2. All Merchandise and packaging must be free of retail logos, labels, price stickers, etc. prior to re-selling.
3. All sales are final, please understand that our merchandise is sold AS-IS. No returns. Please check manifest and pallet details for specifics and items included.
4. 80% of the product historically has tested working for us in the past. WE DO NOT CHERRY PICK OUR PALLETS. We'll ship you the same loads we get directly from the Department Stores Reclamation Centers. This way you will increase your profits and still get the best loads for your money.
5. No representation is made as to packaging, style, selection, assortment, condition or seasonality of the Merchandise. The Department Stores/manufacturers will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction with respect to the sale or quality of Merchandise.

No. You can order as much or as little as you want depending on the availability of the products. Because of our high volume of customers and the nature of the wholesale business, products sell very quickly but there is always more to go around.
This is true, some of them are not inventoried, nor do they have a manifest. Such loads are sold to us by the truckload & sometimes by the pallet. Many of the top Department Stores sell off their salvage loads this way. This is not a bad thing, but a very good thing. If they added up their costs per truckload, our prices would be much higher.
